Invention Design
The device itself should be handy and portable. The overall design very minimalistic. On the outside, there is a simple cube-shaped casing. Inside, there is a sphere that functions both as a joint for the outer parts and contains all the technology.
SITUATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The Session
Regardless of where the meeting takes place, as long as there is a small area available for the Gmynder Cube, all functions are ready to go. By pressing the top surface of the cube, it opens and starts automatically.
Without any further action required, the Gmynder Cube listens and interprets the statements. The visualizations are projected onto the surface where the Cube is located by projectors. Thanks to sensors, the visualizations remain freely editable, as intuitive touch gestures can be recognized.
Visualization
The visualizations created by Gmynd are based on the statements of the conversation participants. Of course, the contributions can be edited. Additionally, a ranking can be created if necessary. This ranking counts the arguments or contributions. This can help when priorities need to be set or decisions need to be made.
Moderation
Light Impluse
General: The moderation should operate in a reduced manner to be as minimally intrusive as possible.
Soft: A short signal that is not meant to interrupt the flow of conversation. It will occur if the speaking time or the amount of content is significantly above average.
Strong: A clear signal that provokes a reaction. It occurs when a participant is interrupted or critical false statements are made that need correction. In this case, the AI generates a fact-check.
