A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.

When you access our website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically collected, including:

• Referrer URL
• Browser type and version
• Operating system

This data is used solely to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to improve our services.
It is not merged with other data sources.

Contact

If you contact us via email or contact form, the data you provide (including your contact details) will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Use of embedded content

We embed interactive prototypes on our website that are provided via Figma (Figma, Inc., 760 Market Street, Floor 10, San Francisco, CA 94102, USA).
To display this content, a connection to Figma’s servers is technically required.
In doing so, personal data (e.g. IP address, browser information, time of access, operating system) may be transmitted to Figma and processed there.
Figma may process this data for its own analytical and security purposes.

Without your consent, no Figma content will be loaded and no data will be transmitted.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Storage period: Your consent is stored locally in your browser (Local Storage) to remember your preference for future visits.

Transfer to third countries:
Figma is based in the United States. By giving your consent, you also agree to the transfer of your data to a third country without an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
