Game Design
Sex Education
2* of them is an analog learning game designed for use in sex education. It was developed during the Lab Week at the HfG.
The focus is on bodily diversity and gender identity.
The game combines puzzle pieces with cards. Players draw cards that define anatomical features. Each card corresponds to one puzzle piece. The sequence is random, creating new body forms with each round.
The game highlights the fluidity of sex characteristics. It demonstrates that male and female are not fixed opposites – and that other forms exist within and beyond this spectrum.

The target group is students.
Its main use is as a tool in school-based sex education.
Cards use clear, age-appropriate language.
Visuals are minimal, accessible.
2* of them addresses diversity without moral framing. It makes complexity visible without simplifying it. And offers a biological perspective that goes beyond binary categories.
